Church Family Picnic

This weekend is our long weekend......Monday is Memorial Day so in celebration our church had a family picnic. We went out after church to the local campground (which isn't anything special) but there were trees to give us some shade! There was a little stream that ran behind the camp site so of course the girls got soaked! There was lots of food and lots of fun. It's nice to just sit around and enjoy the sunshine. I got stung by a wasp and Brooklyn took her sandals off and started walking on the ground and got her feet full of prickers. So there was a little drama and tears but all in all, we had a nice time! Here are some photos of this afternoon and some of the area around us. They could have totally shot "The Hills Have Eyes" around here.....it's spooky!!
